How to define column label as a variable and write formula in excel pivot table

I have an excel pivot table as below:

And I want to apply a formula to column C that says: IF(Row Labels = “HR”,formular1,IF(Row Labels = “Network”,formular2,“”)). How can I define “Row labels” as a variable and write this formula on uiPath?
