How to deal with Google reCAPTCHA while trying to login my OWN wordpress site?

Did you manage to figure this out? I’m facing the same thing and I’m pretty much a novice when it comes to any of this cause I’ve just got started these past few months with trying to develop a site for my small business. Corona has been hard on many, those of us with small businesses included. I was really proud of myself when I figured out how to use a wordpress appointment plugin for the site. I would appreciate any help a lot, but please explain whatever using normal language for dumb people, cause I won’t understand otherwise.
