How to Create RITM inside a main REQ

Hi all,
I’m already successfully using ServiceNow Application Scope to create REQ for new employees. These requests have options for equipment such as Notebook, Desktop, etc. The problem is that Order Now is not creating “sub tasks” within the main REQ with the necessary RITM.
Does anyone know how I create RITM within the main REQ?
