their is no option for changing the machine name

Those are the Orchestrator settings in Robot. And the Machine Name is read-only because that is where your Robot is installed. Please go to platform.uipath.com and access Orchestrator from there. Check this topic for guidelines: UiPath Cloud Platform - Public Preview
