How to create dynamic UI Actions?

I’m really new to RPA and UI Path but i’m very interested in it. What i want to do is create a flow that generates dynamic UI actions based on an external input. Example i create a file an each line in that file is a UI Action → 1 line : go to my online application 2)Click on the button test on my webpage ,…

Is this possible with UIPath and how can i start with this ?
