How to create a transition that points from a particular state to itself

Hello! A newbie here in UiPath and reading the state machine topic (Get Help from UiPath Support Services | UiPath), I do not seem to figure out a simple step:

16.Return to the main workflow view and create a transition that points from the Guess Number state to itself.
17.Double-click the transition. The transition is displayed expanded in the Main panel.

I can’t figure out how to add a transition as I do not find it in the activities section.
