How to create a table with email as input?

Hi,

Input values comes via Email, I have an excel sheet with the headers that are read using read range. Using a dictionary, I map the values from dictionary to the data table. And further I use the data table for processing.

Example Input:
Number: 1.0
First Name: First Name
Last Name: Last Name
Original Rate: 25.0
Record Type: Credit
Description: Booking Error

The above scenario works fine.

Now I have a scenario where the single email can have 2 or 3 inputs sets.

Example:
Number: 1.0
First Name: First Name
Last Name: Last Name
Original Rate: 25.0
Record Type: Credit
Description: Booking Error
Number: 2.0
First Name: First Name
Last Name: Last Name
Original Rate: 26.0
Record Type: Debit
Description: Did not order

Now, My data table should erase the first set after processing and use the second set. How can I do this?
