How to create a table of exceptions records and send it in the outlook email body

Need your help with the below automation scenario

  1. out of 10 excel records, 5 records did not display data in web application. I want to consolidate these 5 records in a table.
  2. How can I send a table with 5 records in outlook email body.

you can use HTML part for this to attach table in mail body
