How to create a support package in HAA ?

  1. SSH into each HAA VM and navigate to /opt/redislabs/bin then run:
  • ./rladmin cluster debug_info

  • The support package will be saved into /tmp folder in a tar.gz archive file.

  1. If the above command fails for another reason, create a support package for the cluster from the command line on each node in the cluster with the command:
  • /opt/redislabs/bin/debuginfo
