I am trying to create new issue key using package jira activity 0.1.0 preview version.

I want to add the additional field while creating issue. Can you please tell me how to do that.

Greeting for the day!

I am facing issue while doing test connection of Jira in UI path. I am getting" Invalid Connection" error. Can you please help me here?

Error1:
Please check if your instance isn’t in hibernation mode. To be sure of this open a Browser with your Jira and search for an issue then try the connection again.

Hi @Suchi3190,

Please check https://docs.uipath.com/marketplace/docs/jira-create-issue . You should use Additional Fields (click on the three dots after “Collection” in the Property Panel to show the popup) , in the Additional Fields Popup you can specify for Name - the name of the field and for Value the value for the field.

Hi @Komalpreet_Kaur ,

Could you give more details on what Jira package do you use, the link you have is it for Jira on Prem or Jira Cloud?

Do you have access to the issues from the browser (please see my previous post from May 25)
