How to create a machine learning model with uipath

Hi, i learn about the new features in 20.4 versión, but i have a questions about Document Understanding.

Now I use the default invoice model of uipath, but i need train my own model. Basicly i need add new fields in the model.

1- It is posible? if the answer is Yes, How can i build this?

2- How can i use the invoice model or a new model (if it posible) but local?
