How can I use a shared mailbox with Integration Service?
Resolution
- Create a connection with an account that is a member of the shared mailbox.
- For example, to create a trigger on this shared mailbox, create a connection with the UiPath Developer account and then point the trigger to the shared mailbox.
This example will trigger a job whenever a new email is received in the shared mailbox even though the authentication was done with the UiPath Developer account.
