How to correctly get & update library item information

Hi Developers, I am using the Sharepoint Activities Package 1.5.2 by @radu_bucur and @Diana_Mincu. Reading the documentation several times now and trying multiple things I cannot seem to get the hang of the following things:

  1. How to get a list of files from a folder in a library with the columns added to the files
  2. How to update the information in these columns
  3. How to upload a file to the folder

The libraries URL is Sign in to your account and after that comes the Shared Documents folder and in this Folder there is a subfolder “Product Portfolio (Roboter)”

When I open the subfolder I receive the following URL Sign in to your account

How do I correctly state the URL for the Sharepoint application scope and the List name to get a list of all the files in that folder and the additional properties. I suppose if I get this right once I will also understand how to do 2 and 3.
