–If its a community edition then we can get the latest version from https://platform,uipath.com
–i hope we wont be able to get the intermediate versions

–if its a enterprise we can mention when we purchase or while we need to convert from current being then kindly contact Technical Support Team on this
and raise a ticket

I suggest you to go through UIPath Infrastructure Training in Academy and there you will find all the steps to do this. Hope it will help you.
