How to convert CSV to Excel, and add a column to the dynamic table

Hi Buddy,

How to convert a CSV to Excel + adding a column in this table for end of each row?

The row of the table change everyday, so it is dynamic base. Attached a table, the first 5 column is input; the sixth column is required to add combining to output.
