How to convert and Replace string in HyperLink

hi to all
it is possible to convert the extended path of a table,
in Hyperlink and paste the table on Word?

I have this, on datatable:

I would need this on word:

Right now, with a UIpath activities Word, I was able to paste the links in the bookmarks on word, but I would like to organize them in table.

Is it possible to do this somehow?
Can anybody help me?
