How to convert a string to hours

Hi,
I have an excel with a column which format is Time.
one of the cells is 10:25:33 AM.
When I use a read cell the output is 0.61054398148148.
How can I format the output like the input ?

In read range activity we got an option to
Preserve format option enable it
