How to connect with orchestrator

I have got this vdi vdi03 how to get machine key with that I am getting robot does not exist issue.What are the steps to follow

  1. Machine key will be present on orchetsrator Tenants->Machines
  2. Check if a robot is assigned with required roles like robot/developer, Tenant ->Manage access->Edit user->Assign roles
