How to compare files in 2 different folders on a remote server

I’m trying to compare files in two different folders to check if they are the same on a remote server and take an appropriate action, but the Bot is unable to use the path provided to the folders on the remote server. Instead, the Bot only uses paths on my local machine and not on the remote server even after providing the path to the folders on the remote server. Is there a way I can get the bot to use the paths to the folders on the remote server and compare files in the two remote folders?
