How to collect values for Connection ID and Trigger ID for analysis?

How to collect values for Connection ID and Trigger ID required for analysis by SRE?

Issue Description:

To investigate issues such as Trigger misfiring, connection issues, the values for Connection ID and Trigger ID are required to check the backend logs. How can these values be collected?

Resolution:

1. Log in to the Automation Cloud organization and navigate to Integration Service.
2. Navigate to the folder where the affected Connection / Trigger exists.
3. To obtain the Connection ID:
   1. Navigate to Connections and click on the connection. The connection page opens. Alternatively, find the connection in the 'Connectors' page and click on it. The page for the connector will open. Navigate to Connections on this page and then click on the connection.
      
   2. Copy the URL.
      
   3. The value of Connection ID is the value after connections/ and before ?fid. This value or the complete URL can be sent.
      
4. To obtain the Trigger ID
   1. Click on the Connection under which the Trigger resides. The Connection page opens, listing all the Triggers under that connection. Alternatively, navigate to Triggers page directly.
      
      
   2. Click on 'More' (3 dots on right) of the affected trigger and select View Trigger.
      
   3. The trigger page will open. Copy the URL.
      
   4. The value of Trigger ID is the value after trigger/ and before /details?fid. This value or the complete URL can be sent.
