How To Collect The Logs For Certificate Issues?

Unable to send email through UiPath (post upgradation of Orchestartor).

Issue: How to Collect the CAP12 lOGS ?

Resolution: Follow the below steps to enable CAP12 logs

  1. Open the event viewer, then go to ​application and Services Logs→Microsoft→Windows→CAP12
  2. Click the CAP12 and chose ​operational, then right-click and choose enable
  3. If certificated-related errors are obtained, it will show in the CAP12 logs
