My Excel range has already been selected.
How do I copy and paste the range?

Can you please provide a bit more context, how do you mean you have it selected.

Like have you done attach window, specifically clicked in a cell and Ctrl + Shift + 8?

Trying to understand better context herein

You can use either of the two activities depending on you’re using Modern activities or not.
There’s an activity called as Copy/Paste Range
