How to click the elements in the menu bar?

Want to click on the File menu and then click Save. But not able to click on File/Save. Selectors come like this.

If this is a java based app you can try installing the Java extension and see if the items are identified properly.
If not, you can use the hot key activity.
Alt+ F then S or just
Ctrl+S to save

Able to find out shout cut key and after use send hot key with down key
