How to click on the same place regardless of the element?

I have uploaded a picture for reference.

The problem: I want my bot to click on everything row and column once. But sometimes they are either clickable or n/a. It works fine if it’s the page is consistent every refresh.
However, the problem comes when the area turns from n/a to a clickable link, the bot is unable to find the selector. For example, 18 Sep - Column 1, turns from a clickable link to n/a in the next refresh, the bot will stop and give an error stating that the selector is not found.

Is there a way to make the bot click on the same place regardless of whether it’s n/a or something clickable?
