How to click on a Highlighted text on a windows application?

Hi Friends,

I am trying to remove a user from an application please find the below steps:

Search users - Enter Emp id - Click Search

All the users who have access to the application will be listed in the main window and the user whom we searched will be highlighted.

I can only perform click activity to disable/Delete the user.

So please help me how to make uipath click the Highlighted user successfully.
