How to clear content of starting from specific cell and keep the template

Hi Folks

I have been trying to clear the contents of the cell, but clear sheet/range , or delete rows isn’t working the way I wanted. Any other suggestions to clear all cell values below and keep the column names intact?

Can you please tell what issue you have with clear range or delete rows?

Another way would be to create a datatable with all empty cells or a space and write it to the excel
