How to check the signature of pdf file

Dear Community,

May i know if we can use Uipath to check if the pdf documents are signed? As i have thousands of invoices, and it is time consuming to check one by one.

Hello @SH_94,

First of all, what type of signatures ? Is it a hand writting onces or digital once ? Also are your PDFs scanned documents ?

Hi @mz3bel

For the invoices, there are empty space on the bottom left of each invoices for the supplier to sign.

So far, the invoices are digital signed but it consist of scanned pdf and digital pdf. Which means the supplier will sign the digital invoices and sometimes we print out and scanned it into pdf copy.

So to summarize. the invoices are pdf copies ( consist of scanned and digital copies).
