The configure pingone SSO but failed.
In order to check if the Orchestrator can configure pingone SSO successfully, apply a trial account in pingidentity.com, and then try to make configuration following the following documentation - PingOne Authentication .
Pay attention to the following to realize the configuration:
- The value in attribute mapping should be http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress, if input helps instead, an error will be encountered
- The signing certificate must be downloaded and put in personal folder and trusted root folder in the certificate management
- Create user with same email box in Pingone and Orchestrator.
If the user can configure Pingone SSO successfully with the approach mentioned above, they need to check the Pingone link information. The link information or the configuration in Pingone maybe is no correct.
