How to check if in_transactionitem("column").tostring column value equals to column value from another datatable and update excel cell in set transaction status flow

for eg
I am having data in outputDT.
using lookup datatable checking in_transactionitem(“column”).tostring found in outputDT or not.After that we need to check another column value with in_transactionitem from same outputDT in that found row index of look updatatable.
If value matches throw exception else update success statsu in set transaction status workflow
Please help anyone?
