How to check correct data is available in excel or not

Hi,

I have a excel Where columns contains DOB,NAME and DOB,NAME,PANCARD.
if DOB, NAME i have to procedure else i have to drop.

so read range-DT1
for each row passing DT1
get row. column index as 0-MatchingData
if condition MatchingData.contains(" DOB,NAME )
but the problem is its working for both scenarios …
can any one plz suggest how to check exact match for DOB,NAME.
