How to check 10k users' accessibility to a web portal?

The workflow needed to accept a list of user name around 10k and then simulate a login and logout process, if it not work dump the user name out

Dear Site Admin,

It is figured out that after I submitted an activities, I could not close the activities. The problem/ two activities I have submitted has been resolved.
