How to change the service owner to Admin for Uipath assistant

I am facing issue in downloading package in UiPath assistant, found on internet that changing service owner to Admin priviledges in Uipath assistant could solve the problem but not sure how to exactly do that. Any help is appreciated

@RK_S May I know why you are downloading from Assistant. You can also download from Orchestrator

Also, share the error screenshot that you were facing while downloading the package through assistant

when we run a job from orchestrator, for every new package, for 1st time assistant always downloads the package to local machine.
there it is failing to download.
