These methods will update the NuGet installation folder location for any application that uses NuGet packages such as Visual Studio. The customer should understand this risk prior to using this method.
Method 1. Update NuGet.config located at %UiPath Studio Installation Folder%/Studio/ and replace all of the text with the following. If any custom feeds were previously configured, make sure to add these back after the changes have been made:
<?xml version=“1.0” encoding=“utf-8”?>
<add key=“globalPackagesFolder” value=“desired nuget installation folder” />
<!-- Add this repository to the list of available repositories →
<add key=“Local” value=".\Packages" />
<add key=“Official” value=“https://www.myget.org/F/workflow/” />
<add key=“Community” value=“https://gallery.uipath.com/api/v2” />
Restart Studio after the changes have been made. Packages will be installed at the newly configured location.
1. Open 'Environment Variables’
2. Add the variable NUGET_PACKAGES with the value of the desired destination folder :
Make sure to restart Studio after the changes have been made. Packages will be installed at the newly configured location.
