Normally
->On the start page of UiPath Studio, locate and select the Settings option.
→ Navigate to License and Profile.
→ Choose View or Change Profile to proceed.
In your case make sure that in your Organization in Cloud, you are added your user in the Automation Developer - Named User license group
Go to orchestrator admin ->Accounts and local group ->User account ->select user and modify → tick Automation Developer - Named User license
With Automation Developer - Named User you will have these software capabilities:

Attended Robot
Computer Vision
Data Service
Integration Service
Studio

Task Capture
Test Manager User
