How to capture the print job status when using PowerShell print command

Hi humans,
Question: How to send the number of files to print, and be able to find out if the print succeeded or failed?

To print the file I am currently using activity InvokePowerShell with command: “start-process " + filePathAndName + " -Verb Print”
It prints fine, but per my business requirements I need to capture the result of the print job I initiate (if it has printed successfully, or failed).

Ideally, it would be nice to capture more details on why the print failed (no connection to the printer, out of paper, paper jam etc).

Thanks so much for your help and wisdom!
