How to capture Image within specific Area

Hi All,
Please help me on below Problem:
I have to assign/select a pin as per polarity marking.
Polarity marking is a circle symbol available just beside the component you can see in Image.

What is the source of the image, is it website, any application, images etc.

Source is Desktop Application, we need to search Component in the PCB board with the help of Part Number then we have look for Polarity Mark (Circle) then we have select the Pin just beside the Polarity mark available.

@Md_Rustam ,

Try to check selectors for the UI element which you ant to capture with the help of Ui Explorer.

If you find an UI element, we can get it’s coordinates and screenshot on that basis.
