How to capture dates like "First Failure in the last 7 days"?

I am trying to create a widget containing Process Name, number of unique jobs, Success Rate, etc. I also want to include when the first job failure and most recent job failure occurred in the last 7 days. Does anyone have any tips about selecting just a single date per process? Thanks!

If you have the data with you if last x number of days
you can simply get date of the first instance of the error.

In widget, you can simply put the error filter and the list will be updated to reflect instances of that error ans in that you can get the first instance of that error.
