How to avoid duplication, if there are No unique identifiers?

I will have set of codes(in 100’s) in Database to run Everyday,
They will stay there and if there are any new codes then they will update.

But the Problem is there is No unique identifier for the Codes.

How can avoid duplication of them?

I mean as a human how do you identify the duplicates… please…
