How to automate this "Select each employee birthday and if matches to current date then send birthday wishes"

Hi Team,
I need help on the uses case below as i m new to UIPath

  1. Loginto UI and select employee one by one and read the birthday date to excel
  2. Match the date with sysdate and if same then send email wishes to employee in outlook.

I am struggling to pick the birthday date of employee from the application as the UI has three panel… Employee names listed in the center panel and the employee details on the right panel… So the tool is showing error to select different element from begining.
Please help me to automate above scenario
