How to automate microsoft outlook calendar reminder system?

Hey guys,

My workplace requires us to read documents and glean them for important dates so we can pin those on our outlook calendar system. Is there a way UiPath can automate this? If not, is there anything within the greater Windows operating system that can allow us to automate reminders? Thanks!
