For example, the user asks some question in zendesk chatbot and the bot will search that question in DataBase and what we stored in the database (answer) I have sent that data to a user how to do this using database
you should look into zendesh that’s don’t have nothing to do with uipath,
if you create faq in your zendesk page, the robot should search into the faq to redirect user
