How to append the value with specified row in text file?

Hi,

I need to append 2 string variable values into the text file . I have used Append line activity. Its append string variable values in last 2 rows but I need to append two string variable values in first & second row in the text file.

How to append the value in first & second row in text file, Can someone guide me please?
