I need to switch from uipath studio to uipath Pro profile, how to assign allocate license in orchestrator.

Which version do you have?
In the newest release Studio and Studio Pro were merged so that everyone with studio license have available all features that were previously in Pro. 
Seems.you have the new version. Just check if you can see activities from studio Pro like Create Test cases or so.

yes its new version,
So you don’t need to reallocate the license.
FYI the license is set up in the Orchestrator for most scenarios.
