Hi,

If your robot is connecting with Orchestrator, there is no way to add process except using Orchestrator, I think.

Regards,

In UiPath Assistant, “local processes” refer to automation projects that are stored directly on the user’s machine, typically located in the %ProgramData%\UiPath\Packages folder, which can be accessed and run even if the Assistant is not connected to an Orchestrator server; essentially, these are locally installed and managed UiPath workflows that can be launched directly from the Assistant interface.

In order to run the processes from this location when you are not connected to orchestrator, your attended robot needs a local license (standalone) activated.

In case if you don’t have a such license, you will see and error as “A local license is required.”

so, can you suggest other methods to share my process with my user or teammate?

  • If they are connected to Orchestrator, upload the projects to tenant or folder feed.
  • Add the teammates robots in the folder where the processes are
  • Add to them the Allow to be Automation User role at the tenant level an Automation User role at the folder level.
