How to add multiple column in existing data table

No you shouldn’t use that.
Because it will be constantly being overwritten.
and you cannot add columns dynamically using build data table activity.

Yes!
Rest there are other ways but that are too advanced, I’ll suggest you to go with the flow for now, and start using the set of activities already provided in UiPath, that way you’ll be able to master UiPath in a better way.
