@sneha_arbole,

Modified it to have the detail and as well the mail message fully, so you need to extract the same way as we added now. Check this and let me know if in case any issues.

@sneha_arbole,

Yes, Me too getting the same error, The only way of doing this is writing your own method to push Sender, subject, message to the queue as string property and use it.

Did you find the solution ? I am also looking to add the same, but getting same error.

@MinalGupta,

We can not add Mail Item into Queue since it is a Non Primitive Type, we can add only primitive types into Orchestrator Queue.

Still you want to add your mail item then add the mailbody by converting into string.

Primitive Types:

bool true or false
byte 0 to 255
short -32,768 to 32,767
int -2,147,483,648 to 2,147,483,647
long -9223372036854775808 to 9223372036854775807
float -3.402823e38 to 3.402823e38
double -1.79769313486232e308 to 1.79769313486232e308
decimal ±1.0 × 10e−28 to ±7.9 × 10e28
char Unicode symbols used in text

thank you

I want to add mail to the queue , because i wont to later get it and use that to reply to the same mail.
Any idea how to do that.

@MinalGupta,

Move all the mails you want to process to a separate folder in Outlook itself, then process one by one and you can reply from there itself.

I am using REF Framework, so need to put them in queue

You can use add queue item

In that arguments add the
mail subject - item.subject.tostring (item - used in for each)
mail body- item.body.tostring

I tried using the same but getting error.I want to add data in Queue from Mail body but not able to add.To read mail i am using IMAP.please can anyone guide me.

Thanks

Did you use for each to loop through mails
