How to ADD credential in windows credential manager which will be available globally (i.e for all users logging into the system)?

Hi Everyone,
i added the credentials in windows credential manager with credential type as generic and persistence type as enterprise. when some other user logs into the system the credential is not visible. I want to make it visible for all users who logs into the system.
Please help

Can you try changing the persistance type to local computer? @Automation_Shyam I hope you need to change the user settings
