How to add attachment to email without attachment wording?

I want to send out email with attachment, I’ve add attachment path to below yellow high light,

My attachment is a word file, I save in my desktop, I add the path to attachment,

But it will show red higlight wording in my emailbody, How to delete the red wording from my email body?

Please check your EmailTemplate variable consisting any information if not Can you try to delete that activity and reconfigure it
