While executing the testcase its asking to dd account but the field is empty , and if i execute the test case without that its always on pending status . could anyone help on this. thanks

I encountered a similar issue as well. When I transitioned from testing to production, my bot ran as expected. Could you please make the necessary changes and test it again?
The Testing license works similarly to the Unattended license. Make sure your bot machine is configured with proper login credentials like we do for Unattended bot.
Switching to another type of license than testing is not a good idea to resolve this issue
