How the BOT will identify the particular colored rows in excel?

Hello,

I have a scenario like i got a excel from user with 10 rows of data (Names, Location and Owner names). In that 5 rows are highlighted with the color yellow. Now the user only required to give access to that colored row persons.
I have tried with Get cell color activity but it is worked only particular cell.
Can anyone help me about this?
